CNC Machining Center Cutting Fluid Centralized Supply
The cutting fluid centralized purification system is generally placed next to the waste liquid collection tank, and is equipped with a water pump and a filter box. The water outlet of the waste liquid collection tank is connected to the water inlet of the system's water pump through a water pipe. A mounting frame is slidably connected along the length direction inside the waste liquid collection tank, and a magnet block close to the bottom of the waste liquid collection tank is arranged on the mounting frame. Wastewater passes through porous filter media or facilities, and suspended solids larger than the pore size are intercepted, so that the wastewater is purified to a certain extent. This physical filtration device separates suspended solids from wastewater through physical filtration, and is fluidly connected to the collection tank. The physical filtration device is one or a combination of a box-type filter press, a belt filter press, and a plate-and-frame filter press.
When the cutting fluid centralized purification system filters wastewater, first the wastewater is introduced into the wastewater sedimentation tank and allowed to stand. After a period of standing, iron filings and sediment settle to the bottom of the wastewater sedimentation tank. At this point, the water pump can be turned on, which pumps the relatively clean water from the upper layer of the wastewater sedimentation tank. The water pumped by the water pump enters the filter barrel and continues to filter through the filter layer inside the filter barrel, finally obtaining clean liquid;
